All content (music, videos, images, texts) is protected by copyright and for personal use only.
Redistribution, copying, or sharing of VIP-only content is prohibited without written consent.

3. Community behavior

In our chat spaces and live events, kindness and respect are mandatory.
Any abusive behavior may result in suspension or removal of access, without refund.

4. Payments and refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or yearly).
Due to immediate access to content, no refunds are possible after payment.
For physical products (e.g., journals, albums), delivery and return policies are specified at purchase.

5. Liability

AuraMusicExperience is not responsible for temporary service interruptions or technical issues caused by third-party providers (payment, video streaming).
